The one i originally received died and they replaced it! My only issue is the motor couod be stronger. It has a great battery life and so easy to use. I love the different textures you can use. read more »

Most computers load the drivers automatically, but the ones that don't there is a driver cd and you can get them loaded in less than 5 minutes! You can't go wrong with this device! read more »
