1.Do not stare into the light of the appliance. It is sufficient that the light reaches your eyes indirectly.
2.Start with a shorter period of illumination, which you increase over the course of a week.
3.Repeat your use of the lamp in the dark seasons for at least 7 successive days, or even longer, depending on your individual needs.
4.The most effective time of day for use is between 6am and 8pm and we recommend using it 1 hour per day.
