I have restless leg syndrom and my medication isn't really working like it did in the beginning. I didn't want to keep uping my medication (with the assistance of my rheumatologist) so I decided to try one of these massage guns on my legs. After much research I decided to buy this massage gun for deep tissue massage by #LuxLoks . I started by doing this for 5 minutes on each thigh and by the time I was done I was on cloud nine! I also have problems w/ my biceps from a shoulder injury so tried the appropriate head on my bicep and it truly worked better than oinments and other things like my old tens unit. Then I had my daughter try it on my neck and back. Again this worked wonders. I know that sports doctors have been using these massage guns for years but I always thought they'd be out of reach financially. At $129.99 this is one of the most affordable things one can do for one's self to help with pain, fatigue or soreness. Of course if you're looking to use it on an injury I do recommend that you discuss this with your own doctor and go by his/her advice. For me it truly has been a miracle. I hope it continues. I also love that this one has 30 speeds where as most of the guns I've looked at only had 20 so I could start slow and build up to a speed that is the most comfortable for me and my situation. I also love that you do get 6 heads (each with a different purpose) so that you can work on each of the muscle groups in your body. When not in use this has a wonderful case with pockes and spaces for each part of this kit and I love that it comes complete w/ a nice carrying handle for travel. Believe me this is going with me everywhere I go. I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere w/out it.
