Thoughts:
This is a fantastic, compact, powerful multi-function torch. The primary function is obviously the main beam, but tapping the power button (without pressing it fully) will switch the mode of the torch in the following sequence...

Torch (full power) - Torch (half power) - Strobe - Ultra-violet

The head of the torch is adjustable to allow for a wide field of light when closed, to a small, very bright, spotlight when fully extended.

On full power, the torch provides a solid, and bright pool of light, and at full extension, a light with enough power that it's uncomfortable to look at if too close. I strongly advise not shining this in anyone's eyes, even if not in fully extended mode.

It's certainly light enough to carry around with you and has a handy clasp that holds it firmly to a belt or trousers etc.

The only concerns I have are because of the ability to extend the head of the torch, I'm wondering if this will end up becoming loose, and not holding in place, and also, the nature of the power/function button - will it be durable? However, both of these are minor quibbles, and probably just me worrying about losing the use of this torch.

Easily one of the brightest and most convenient torches I've bought in a long time.
