This pillow massager will give a strong, deep massage. It has the option to start with heat or to turn off the heat and choice of which direction you would like to start the massaging heads to rotate. The massaging heads rotate one direction and will reserve to the opposite direction after a few minutes of operation, The pillow comes included with both a home and a car power supply plug so that it can be used practically anywhere you want a massage. The outer cover has a zipper closure and can be easily removed for cleaning.
The operation of this pillow massager is pretty basic and simple. I would have preferred to have the option of being able to control the speed of the heads and to choose the intensity of the heat level but this massager lacks the ability to do that. Also, the heat doesn't seem like it gets very warm to me. It feels only slightly warm to the touch and I feel like it could be stronger. The light on my massager glows white but I noticed that on the product photos and some customer review photos, it shows the light glowing red. I not sure if that a effects anything but I thought it was worth mentioning.
