I got these Gel Insoles by Dr. Foot because I needed inserts for my boots. I was looking for some nice insoles and settled on these ones. I'm happy I purchased these. They are very comfortable and easy to install in your shoes/boots. My original insoles were coming out and made my boots very uncomfortable. You could feel the lines in the rubber under the insoles. The insoles of new shoes do not have a comfortable feel for some reason. These Gel Insoles have arch support which I need. My boots didn't have enough of that. These are great for any type of shoe/boot. If your adventurous you will love these they are great for physical activity as well as normal activity. You can cut these down to fit your size shoes. These insole are very well made. Made of durable medical grade TPE gel material which is safe to the human body. I recommend these Gel Insoles. You even get a little graph teaching you some cool stuff about your feet. It's very interesting to know.
