A Great Pet Fountain

I've had a similar one in the past , that was more of just a metal water dish with the water that runs down into it, It was loud, didn't hold much, and I went through two in a month due to the motor going out. So I was a bit hesitant about this one, but decided to give it another shot, I love it! And so do all three of my cats and my two dogs.
I fill it up every other day, to every 3 days depending on how often the dogs use it. Simple to fill just turn the lid a little to the left, and lift off, I used a 1/2 gallon milk jug so I don't have to take the base to the kitchen every time. The left over water then gets put into the house plant. I clean it out once a week, I just run the filters under clean cold tap water, pick out any animal fur that may of gotten in there, I wipe out the base with a little bit of dish soap and rinse well. Then I refill it and give them back their Pet Fountain .  The only time I hear a noise from this Pet Fountain  is when it's running low on water. The ones I had in the past you heard the motor running non stop over top of a huge air purifier on high. I highly recommend this product to anyone with cats or dogs.

Oh and I loved that it came with a silocone mat to sit the Pet Fountain  on, so the carpet doesn't get wet when the big dog drinks out of it, or the younger cat  plays with the water.
