The brush has short bristles that are perfect length and firmness for skin scrubbing. While the handle is sturdy with smooth finger grips - Husband and I wish the handle was longer as we are both very tall. But we have yet to find that perfect long handle anywhere so this is about as close as one can get. I may get a few of these as gifts for bath baskets. The brush is much nicer than family dollar brushes and I just think bath poofs on a stick are ridiculous.
The brush looks like it should last. This review is just after a few showers of use and I can not speak of durability yet. But at this price point, even if the brush has a short life cycle it is worth it.
I originally gave the brush 4 stars, but returned and gave it that last star for being a good value for the cost.
