I have several of these and love them. Made by Casofu, this Tri-Spinner is one of the best made ones I have. They are made of durable plastic and measure approximately 3" by 3". There are 3 different "arms" that are one solid design. It is connected to a ceramic bearing in the middle that spins smoothly and with almost zero sound. It can spin for several minutes. There are also small bearing on each arm you can spin and play with. Keep one handy for stress relief, boredom, anxiety, ADD, stopping smoking or dieting.
