I really wanted to love these.

I was pretty excited to get these.

I prefer to use adhesives on my walls instead of putting holes in them .

They seemed to show a lot of promise but after a few days all they did was disappoint me.

I know in the title/description it has words like heavy duty and 16lb, but those descriptions don't apply to this product.

I have successfully used it on a lighted sign box that I have hung over my desk, but that thing weighs like nothing and I used two hooks for that. The description specifically states that each hook can support up to 16lbs, but that is false. I tried hanging up a backpack for my DJI Spark drone, which is a small bag (for a small drone) and empty of the drone, since I keep that out in the foam box it came in. So all it has inside are the foam separators. So this bag doesn't even weigh 5lbs. But the hook couldn't last a full day with it on. I used 2 different hooks, trying to see if I could do better the second time. Nope. It did the same thing to another backpack of mine. It's a camera bag, so it's definitely bigger and heavier, but still it was devoid of any equipment inside as well. But it had the same fate as the other bag.

If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. I would give it at least 1 star though. But the only reason it got 1 star from me is that the hooks are still holding up my sign, at least. Even so, I still check them once in a while and repress onto them to make sure they're sticking to the wall. With the hooks being clear you can see the imprint of the adhesive on the wall, so you can tell if it's adhered well or not.

I have another sign I wanted to hang on the wall above my desk, but I fear it may not hold it up. It's a felt letter board and it's rather large and definitely has more weight to it compared to my lighted box sign, so I will have to try other means in order to get it up.
