They fit on our baby when he was only two months old, and they adjust to fit on an adult. I put them on to test the noise level and it was very good. Also another plus side to these ear muffs is they are totally adjustable. I even was able to wear them myself so she will be able to use these for the years to come. We used them at an air show and he managed to fall asleep in the stroller while hers were flying over head.
