Very nice tenderizer. Includes a blade cover. Heavy duty. Easy to use and does exactly what it’s intended for. I have never used a tenderizer before this one, but now I’m hooked. I’ve never had a piece of meat so juicy! The “needles” are nice and sharp, but don’t come out unless pushing down with some force, which comes in handy when you have a kid who gets into everything!
