A new wake up call :)

purchased this light as with winter drawing right in and the nights and mornings are so dark I truly believe I suffer with seasonal affective disorder 

I struggled so much to get up and my mood wasn’t great most days... someone suggested getting one of these lights and honestly from the offset I’ve not looked back !! 

This clock is of solid construction, reliable and easy to use. Not only can you be woken By 3 different modes of light gradually but you can also be woken by sounds of nature and so you effectively wake up listening to nature and a simulated sunrise 

other modes that are used simply by pressing small buttons on the bottom and on the top of the unit ...choose from 7 colourful but not stupidly in your face lights which are very therapeutic if you can’t sleep or just fancy a different ambient in your room 

Time on the clock is easy to read and set
