I completely wrecked my old kitchen scissors by trying to sharpen them, so I had to find new ones. I chose these ones because of how multi-use they are and honestly, they're fantastic. Super sharp, had no issues whatsoever. Really great for quickly cutting up veggies and fish, works like magic. The bottle opener actually helps me open cans as well, and the handle is very comfortable. Overall, very satisfied :)
