My daughter loves this pretty biketard leotard. She likes the beautiful mermaid scale design. The leotard is made of a blend of polyester and spandex. The leotard needs to be handwashed and hung to dry. This might be an issue for someone who would prefer to just toss it in the washer and dryer but taking the proper recommend care will help to keep it looking it’s best.
The fabric is breathable so she doesn’t get to hot while she is wearing it during classes or practice. I like that this fabric is not see-through or as sheer as some other leotards I have purchased for her. With this biketard, she doesn’t have to wear any other garments to conceal her undergarments from being seen through the leotard.
The crotch of the leotard is a bit larger in the crotch area but this is exactly what I want in a biketard. This helps to keep the fabric from constricting her movements or digging into her skin while she is stretching or doing splits. The fabric has a beautiful printed design with vibrant colors. The material also has sparkly dots all throughout the fabric so it has a shine to the leotard. This makes the biketard perfect for dance, ballet, gymnastics or dress up play.
