This knife set is impressive! This is my first ceramic knife set and use.
They are impeccably sharp and can handle everything you could ever want to prepare with ease.
the blades are extremely sharp so do be careful when using these.
The potato peeler is the best I have used to date. All will remain at the same eharpness for their lifetime, no need to sharpen.
Must NOT be used on a marble, or any stone chopping board as it may chip or break the ceraminc rendering it useless.
The longevity on these knives should be really good as they retain their sharness up to 10 times longer than conventional steel knives and come with a lifetime guarantee.
They are also anti bacterial, non corrosive and non toxic.
They are well balanced comfortable to hold and once again, ultra sharp.
The sheats are a must when not in use to prevent accidental cuts.
