The best jump rope in the world

I live too far out in the country to go to a gym. I do yardwork, but that's not always an option for cardio. I could go for a run, but between oil trucks and wild animals, that's not always a safe option. Plus, with the summer heat, I don't always want to go outside. This fitness set comes in handy. I LOVE the jump rope. The rope part is a coated cable, so I can jump fast, and the length is easily adjustable. Now, since it is a coated cable, I have a tendency to give myself bruises when I miss a jump and the rope is moving fast.

The resistance bands are simple to use and are easily adaptable for different exercises. With the different resistance levels, I can change up the intensity of each exercise.

The running belt is nice. I know fanny packs (or bum belts) are considered nerdy, but this thing comes in handy, even if I'm just out running errands. I only have so many pockets available on my shorts, so I can easily toss my backup battery or wallet in here and be good to go.
