Good size for little hands

Now that little missie is getting to be older, I figured it was time to start working with her on writing and drawing. But even the fat crayons that they use in preschools and kindergarten are not big enough for the development needs of toddlers, so I was excited to see these crayons. I didn't have high hopes for them working well, though. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got them.   They are all cone shaped and taper down to a point so that little hands can easily grasp them and use them. I was actually impressed with how they worked. They don't feel waxy like normal crayons, so I didn't tink they would transfer on to paper very well. But they did!  They worked just the same as normal crayons. They were easy for the kids to use and didn't break like smaller crayons do. My nephew drew some pictures for us on the 4th of July and the baby has managed to make some scribbles with them, too.   Great investment for parents of toddlers. I like that they don't break and make a mess. They are too big to swallow, so you don't have to worry about choking hazards. And they are supposed to be non-toxic, but I can't seem to figure out what they are made of, so don't know how safe they are with little ones.
