These GOTOONE Trekking Poles are fully adjustable. These retractable trekking poles adjustable length is 26" to 53" inches. This makes them easy to store and they even fit in a Daypack when collapsed. Each section of walking poles has a rotating locking structure.  I liked the retractable feature because you can put them in a Daypack or a Dry Bag when canoeing and have them if you decide to stop for a nature walk or also when snowshoeing and you stop to eat lunch or spend time in the lodge to warm up. This set comes with a carrying case so it makes it easy to store them and pack them in the Daypack when finished hiking. 

They are lightweight aluminum. Each pole weighs approximately 11 ounces. When going on a hiking trip the lighter the gear the better. The handles are very comfortable and easy to grip. They also have reflective material on the pole handles for added safety. They have 4 different tips for different types of terrains. This means they can be used in all 4 seasons here even in the snow. I would recommend this set to anyone that loves the outdoors.
