I am new to Sous Vide cooking but I'm already converted. I purchased this item because it was supposed to be easy to use, promote healthy eating, and it was on sale.
So far I have cooked fillet steak, tuna fish, chicken and salmon to perfection. I've used much less oil than I would usually use. The herbs I've added were the same amount but the flavour was much stronger. I could actually taste all the herbs. My steak was better than the restaurant we usually go to. Amaising!
It's very easy to use this Immersion Circulator. I've placed 2 stakes in a vacuum bag and carrots and potatoes in another one. Filled up my big cooking pot with water, set up the circulator with the temperature and time, placed it in the middle of the pot. I've put the stakes and the vegetables around it and left it for an hour. When the timer went off, I took the staeks out and sealed them for a minute on the pan. Everything tasted just perfect.
I would highly recommend this Immersion Circulator for everyone looking for healthier way of cooking but at the same time food full of flavour!
