I picked up a nightgown from EnjoyNight not long ago and have enjoyed wearing it. I wanted a few more sets to have at home and keep in my drawers, so snagged this one in an ice cream print.
This nightgown is made of cotton, though the listing says cotton blends but doesn't say what it is blended with. It is not supposed to stretch out or become misshapen because of this. I haven't slept in it yet, so can't say whether it is going to be something that stretches out or not. It goes in to the washing machine today so I will find out how well it handles the washer and whether it goes through shape changes or not.
It has a round neck that is a bit wider than most nightgowns I am used to, but won't restrict movement or constrict your neck, allowing for comfortable sleep. The sleeves are short, too, and the entire gown is loose fitting and roomy. It allows you to move about without feeling it is tight or restricting in any way.
As with the first nightgown from this cocmpany, I was again disappointed with the thickness of the material. I had hoped it would be thicker than the first one, though I wasn't sure it would be since it came from the same company. It is fairly thin, so I question how long it will last before it begins to show wear and develops holes. I hope that the material is strong enough to hold up for some amount of time, but now I have a few sets, so it should last longer since I can rotate through them instead of wearing the same nightgown night after night and washing frequently in between. I have neglected myself and buying things I need for me to help take care of my family and purchase for them first. Nightgowns and pajamas have always been a luxury I didn't take time to invest in for myself.
I did feel it was a bit stiff when I took it out of the package and the smell of the manufacturing was very unpleasant, though by far not as unpleasant as the first one I got. Having learned from my first nightgown that there was no way I was going to be able to wear it without washing it first, I immediately took this out of the packaging and got pictures for this review, then tossed it in the washer.
As with the first nightie, this one is similarly made and will hopefully prove to be just as comfortable to sleep in as the other. It is thick enough that you cannot see anything through it, though I do wish it were thicker still. It is long enough that it covers everything and you don't have to worry about your rear end showing if you bend over.
