If there is any project or adventure you need a light and need your hands free well then this is the light you need. An adjustable head lamp that throws off alot of light. You can adjust the straps to fit any head. The light has a white light that you can turn on and leave on or press the power button again and then the power button will turn blue. That lets you know it is on sensor mode. You wave a hand or hand in glove in front of the light and it will turn off or on when the motion sensor is activated.
