We tested it against another major brand of laser measuring meter and checked it against a standard measuring tape, it was correct in every measurement we took. It has a bright backlight display and easy to read button controls. The laser fits compactly into a pocket or it has a clip on the back so it can be attached to your belt or tool pouch. The is also a tiny level on the side of the meter.
This laser measuring meter stores up to 20 measurements so it is quick and easy to measure an entire room for materials. The meter operates on 2 AA batteries which are included in the package, a carrying strap and a vary detailed instruction booklet. The laser measuring meter is very handy when trying to measure a large area where a measuring tape would be difficult to manuever with a single person.
