This product I have here is yet another Xmas gift, that I have decided to keep for myself. This kegel weight actually vibrates. So you can put it in and do your exercises with a light vibration. You can also do your exercises and decide you need to relax and turn on the vibration function. Did I mention there are several different patterns and frequencies? Did I also mention the wireless remote to it. So you do not need to remove it and press a button if you decide, I want to turn on the vibrator. All you have to do is grab the remote controll and turn the funtion on. The silicone the item is made out of is a medical grade. So it will be gentle with your skin and it will also be resistant with odor causing bacterias. You keep it clean with warm soapy water. Yes, it is water proof. It does not specify weather it can be fully submerged or not, so I will not risk it. Overall it will be a great addition to the pelvic floor weights I already have and I am happy with it.
