All is great EXCEPT the strap adjustment slips

I got this for my daughter for running. She loved the nylon mesh fanny pack and the color. She loved the idea of putting her phone in it while she runs... It is slim and looks perfect BUT the strap doesn't hold. You adjust to fit your waist but it slips loose immedietely. She cannot run with this on because the strap doesn't stay tight. Plus she doesn't like the sipper tabs medal as they will make noice jingling when she runs. Iit's a no go... One option might be to put a bit of duck tape or something to get it to hold to fit her waste, but I'm not convinced that will work either. So... I would be happy to talk to the seller about how to fix this strap and create a Version #2 and my daughter can test the next version. But this version is definately a no go for her.
