Just what I needed

I was a little sceptical off getting this as I did not think it would work. Well I got fooled. It is really easy to do with simple instructions. 

Plus the ease of using regular plastic bags like ziploc, hefty or store brands means no extra money to be put out or no special things needed.

It is so simple to use, take a bag fill up with spices, toss your meat in there, shake the bag to coat, close it. Then you put it in a pot off water with your immersion cooker, turn the heat on & away you go till it is done.

What I did a few times is took the left over seasonings & threw in a pan with some wine & let it cook down so they had a sauce to go over the meat.

I love the idea of no mess no fuss, easy clean up. Once your food is done put on platter, & serve. Easy to clean up as no scrubbing, wash & put away & throw that plastic bag away.
