Tremendously pleased. Wanted to purchase a robotic vacuum as crumbs seem to fabricate out of thin air in my home (that's a lie, I'm just a very snacky person and like to walk around munching rice cakes, biscuits, anything crumbly really) and I was tired of always having to drag the hoover or broom out! Since I didn't require any heavy duty vacuuming (I have an excellent cylinder vacuum cleaner which will always be more powerful than any wireless one) I decided not to splash out on a proper Roomba with all the bells and whistles (self-docking, timed cleanings etc) and to be honest I'm glad I saved my money. Those extra features simply aren't worth the extra £300-£400! This one gets the job done perfectly - I set him to work before I leave the house, and return to a perfectly crumb-free dwelling. Luckily I have hardwood floors and low-pile carpets - he's a bit finicky about my long shag rug (don't ask, it was a gift, and to be fair I'm finicky about it as well) but so far we've had no trouble with any area of the house. I have caught him once or twice attempting to mount the base of the kitchen stools and he's even had a go trying to climb onto the shag rug, but he's pretty good at turning himself around and getting out of tight spots. He's delightfully quiet, easy enough to maintain, and to be honest I wouldn't do without him ever again. He is now a permanent member of my household. I've named him Reginald.
