I suffer from back pain ever since a car injury some years ago. I still have to wake up everyday and be an active person in society. Back support belts wear out over time and are expensive. I saw this item and I was interested to try it. The image itself, shows a slim lady wearing this belt. The written description says fits 32" to 42". However, when I received the box, it is labeled "L/XL" and the item does not begin to stay around my body. 32" I could perhaps make work, but that brings me to my next problem. The back support brace is sided with soft Velcro. The other half of the velcro is a small piece which will easily wear out. It doesn't even fit me and I can tell you, this is not an item that will last because I've used these for years. I'm disappointed in this product.
