I LOVE this thing. It has a lot of options to change clip positions depending on where your dog(s) runs. I have two dogs, and at first on the trail, they both want to be in front and pull. Soon, one hangs back behind me, and I can quickly unclip her and move her to another ring on the belt. It's very convenient. You can have two dogs running side by side at the front, or you can have them in front of you slightly staggered, or you can clip them on either side of you. It's completely customizable. Also, the leashes have some elasticity, which makes sudden pulling so much easier on the dog and the person. The only downside that I have found is that the water bottle holder is too tight for a bottle. It wasn't worth the struggle to get the bottle in and out, but my cell phone fits nicely in the water bottle holder and stays in during trail runs for easy access
