Sharp looking pair of goggles they are very comfy and light weight. While I look at these as more of a novelty they will protect your eyes from wind and sand while riding, I do not think they would withstand a hit. The clasps that hold the head strap to the glasses are made of a type of thin metal. They have a very retro look something you might see in Mad Max, these do a great job blocking out the sunlight! These are more for looks then really wearing out on the open road. They are great for short rides or on normal bikes. Kids would love them!!
