I've always had an issue with wax build up ever since I was a kid, sometimes to the extent of my ears plugging up and pulling large plugs of wax and hair out (yuck!). When I saw this and read the positive reviews on Amazon I figured I might as well give it a shot. Well let me say, it works wonderfully! It comes in a strange little bottle with a weird spray tip that you rotate and hold the bottle sideways to use. Place the end of the tip into your ear and give it 1 or 2 sprays to fill your ear canal. Some will run back out so keep a tissue handy, but the majority will stay inside your ear. It foams a little bit but causes no discomfort at all. I usually wipe off any residue from the outside of my ear and go about my business since the spray clings to the inside and doesn't leak out. It doesn't feel goopy or alter your hearing, which surprised me. The instructions say you can use it 3 times a day for maximum effectiveness, which is what I did. By my second use the next day my hearing was noticibly better and I no longer had that plugged feeling. I never used a cotton swab to clear out my ear since I first used it, only letting the spray work it's magic. It made a tremendous difference in my hearing and well being and will be a staple in my medicine cabinet from now on.

The ingredients listed are mineral oil, spearmint oil, and something that starts with a P and sounds technical. I looked it up and it is simply Olive Oil so no worries there. It is safe and gentle to use and should not cause any allergic reactions. You get a lot of doses out of the small bottle so it should last a long time.
