This product arrived promptly and was packaged simply but all contents were within the carry bag. Good quality material with no obnoxious odour and great resistance with each band. Does not look cheap or feel cheap and seems like it will withstand plenty of exercises and not snap. Each band has a different resistance to it allowing for gradual increase in resistance training.
