items were missing from the order

I was really looking forward to this order arriving, as I love to do embroidery work, however, the scissors were missing and some of the needles, too.  I doubt it was the seller's fault, since Amazon had sent two orders from different sellers in the same package with things loose and not together.  Sad, unfortunate, but there you have it :-(  I tried to go through the Amazon way of reporting the order but all they would do is tell me I didn't have to send it back and they would refund the money I paid - that didn't make much sense because I can't send back what I didn't get.  I didn't want a refund, I wanted the items I ordered.
