Slick mats for easy cleanup

These are fiberglass and PTFE mats.  With this you don't get the same scorch marks as you would directly on the grill if you're into that, but of course it lets you cook stuff on the grill that would normally just fall through the rack. Most of the time I use them in the oven, and it makes for much easier pan cleanup.  Like anything from PTFE, you don't want to scorch these, else you likely will end up with some acrid smoke.  They say 500F degrees max, but I steer wide of that, never going over 425F, and not using it in broiler mode.  Up to you if you want to chance it pushing all the way to 500F, but I figure oven temperature control is never that precise, so better safe than sorry. These also work nicely for baking stuff.  Although my baking sheet is nominally non-stick, it's sort of more like semi-stick needing a plastic spatula and even so leaving behind stuck bits, whereas with these you can pretty much shake buns off. #RankBoosterReview #Sponsored #Racheal Collections
