My daughter uses this backpack to carry her snacks, toys, art supplies and her 7 inch tablet. The backpack measures about 10 inches high, 10 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide. The larger inner pocket is about 10 inches deep and the smaller front pocket is about 4 1/2 inches deep. The zippers glide smoothly and the plastic zipper pulls are made larger so that it is easy for little hands to operate them. The interior of the backpack has a smooth soft lining that will not scratch or damage the contents. The backpack has easily adjustable nylon straps and a nylon hanging loop for storing it on a hook.
