Sparkly but scratchy

With my oldest being in drama I am always looking for costume items. I saw these gloves and thought they would be a great item for us to pick up. I seriously doubt he would need them for anything, but I figured why not? Not to mention, I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to play dress up. Having both an adult pair of gloves and a kid set, this was a must have item for us. Now we have a pair of gloves that he can wear for any of his humorous productions or for costume purposes and she has a pair that she can play dress up in. They are a little stretchy with some give and are covered in silver sequins that are sewn on snuggly. I didn't find any sequins that were loose and no stray strings. They are not the most comfortable, though. They are very scratchy when you have them on. They scratch you from the inside, though the sequins are all sewn on to the outside. Not sure what inside makes them so scratchy. But you won't be able to wear them for long. The little one absolutely loves them and she has worn them every chance she can, though they are suited more for older children, not a 3 year old. They are a little big on her tiny hands. But she is having a blast putting them on and playing.
