The rug came vacuum packed obviously for easier transportation and I've had duvets and pillows delivered in the same way but for this rug it was a problem. when taken out off the vacuum packaging the rug was badly creased and would not lay flat and the edges curled up making it a danger to walk on in case it tripped you up. The information on the sellers page said to leave it for 3 days because "it will recover its elasticity, no need to worry about deformation and will not affect its use."
Well I've left it for 5 days and as you can see from my photos it is still badly creased and won't lie flat and more worryingly some of the edges still curl up. After the first 3 days I tried all sorts of things to get the edges to lay flat and get the creases out of the rug without success. I hate to complain about things but this rug bears no resemblance to the photos on the seller's page maybe this is because off the results of the vacuum packing but what I do know is that it is not fit for purpose which is sad as I've had some good products from Bedee in the past.
