Mixed thoughts

I have been wanting to add some superfoods to my daily smoothie routine to help with everything - anti-aging, energy, and whatever other benefits I could get from it. I already feel like I am dumping so many other things in to my smoothie each morning - chia seeds, wheat grass, collagen... - that I figured I could probably benefit from having a pre-mixed powder that offered the same benefits without me having to do it all on my own.   I was surprised at the container though. It is a nice cylinder that has the product in it, but it didn't have as much product as I would think should be in it. It was about half filled. The mixture was a little lumpier than I expected, too, but didn't smell too bad. It was definitely visible in my smoothie when I mixed it in, but no more so than the other add ins I was dumping in already. But this was defintely better tasting than the combination that I have been using. Of course, I had to watch what I mixed it with in my smoothie, because it did adjust the overall flavor of things.   As for whether it is working, I cannot say. I have only been using it for about 4 days now. I don't know if it will help me with anti-aging, which was the main reason I got it. I wanted to have something that would make my skin look healthy and glowing. It is still way too soon to know if it is going to make any difference in how my skin looks in the long run, and honestly, I don't know if I want to keep mixing it in to the same smoothies each day because I am ready to mix up new flavors. It has gotten a little old after just a few days, though I did like the taste the first few times. I need to figure out more ways to use it, I guess.   So whether to say I recommend this or not, I can't determine yet. I wish there was more in the container, and it is a little lumpier than I expected, but I did enjoy the taste. But it is still way too soon to say whether it is helping or not with my skin.
