Incredibly well made and impressively durable plates! These are sturdy, almost as a sturdy as styrofoam, yet a million times better for the environment. These plates will hold both hot and cold foods well and can tolerate a large amount of food being piled on the 7-inch area of eco-friendly surface space. The weight of the food bending the plate is not a concern with these at all!
I used these plates during my recent camping trip and the plates held up against a variety of different camp foods, including a juicy plate full of watermelon! Yummy!! They also held up well to wild, hungry children who ran around with their plates in hand!
I've also reheated food on the plates in the microwave without any trouble. I worried at first that they would become soggy if even small amounts of the liquid got on to the plate but it was a non-issue for me.
I am impressed by the quality, durability, and great value of this product. Truly!
The main quality that I am in love with is that they are created from eco-friendly materials and because of that they are biodegradable. I've been working to eliminate throwaway products from my family's lives where possible, but I've found that there are some situations where it' is much easier to have paper plates on hand and if I am in one of those situations these will be my go-to plates of choice from here forward!
I would 100% recommend these to my family and friends in a heartbeat! Anyone worried about the quality and durability of these plates need not worry at all.
