I'm really liking this planner! I got it for my husband, it was recommended by his therapist to keep track of his daily thoughts and feelings to give a better insight to his struggles with depression. He is not the kind of guy to speak much, and writing is not one of his interests either. So far, the planner has been going pretty good for him. Its mostly an agenda, which he likes using to organize plans and events. But it also doubles as a journal in disguise, asking short questions for him to summarize his days and comparing the days before. The pages are very thin, but the book itself is compact enough to bring around. Overall, I am very impressed with it! Its a great tool for someone like my husband, it holds everything all in one place without the need to have multiple notebooks!
