I wish I had gotten this much sooner! I have used a pillow between my knees for hip and back pain since I was 15 years old (almost 30 years now!) I had wanted one of these pillows ever since I saw them come out, but I was hesitant to plunk down the money for something that I wasn't sure could work for me. With this pillow, I needn't have worried! It provides more than adequate support for hips and knees and I sleep with much less pain (and without a regular pillow taking up so much room in the bed). It took a little bit for me to get used to its compact size, but once I did, it was smooth sleeping! I have also found that this little pillow is great for your head and neck when reclining. It also serves as a great 'hugging pillow' if you are a side sleeper like me. The only problem I have is that my boyfriend and I fight over who gets it when we go to sleep! I highly recommend this for anyone who has pain when they sleep or even those who don't!
