I got this for my husband to use with his chromebook, It has USB C connectors that he is now making use of with this new hub. He has so many USB evices and was needing to switch things in and out to take turns using them. Now with this new hub he can use the USB C port that he was not using and make use of more USB Devices.
It has 3 USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 port for a total of 4 ports.
The plug in also has a removable USB C tip, so you could just plug it in to any other USB port to make one into 4 ports.
The coolest thing is that it also has a micro USB port so you can plug in an extra or other power source if you do not want to plug it into a different device for power draw,
I would buy this again.
