The box is quite small and fits in hand it just a regular box with no seal 

The actual product was as shown in pictures by seller and it just plug and play. No other accessories come with this.

this support wide rang of voltage so one can plug this in to any plug rating from 110v to 250v . It can also be used outside usa where AC voltage is higher.

How it works : Basically it has little speaker inside which produce ultrasonic frequency sound which is not audible by human ear but it can irritate the bugs rodent fleas. And because of this they start to move aways from this device

Build Quality: IT feels sturdy in hand eventhough outer shell is made of plastic but its a Quality product for sure and I would definitly recommeded this for inside or outdoor purposes.
