I purchased this for my mother who wanted a fitness watch But to be honest, she's not tech savvy but she wanted it so I bought the watch she wanted, of course, she loves the watch but has no one clue how to use it. To me it's awesome it keeps track of my steps, heart rate, and blood pressure which is great because my mother has it and she's started living a healthier lifestyle since she has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and has been walking more and more every day. It also has a big face so it's not hard to see the time or anything else on the screen.
