Blurry picture and the writing is mostly in German or Spanish

I had high hopes for this holiday projector. I was hoping for the snowflakes seen on the listing - they'd be perfect for this time of year. However, the reality does not live up to the Amazon pictures. My Santa can't be fully pulled into focus, regardless of how I adjust it. I tested it inside and outside, and then I tested all of the pre-cut lenses. None would go into focus. The Amazon listing seems to show all of the images on a black background - not so. The majority of the images are on a bright white background, meaning you're casting a huge bright white with tiny details.
I also noticed that much of the language on the pictures is in German or Spanish. English would be better.
