Better that Expected

 Even though this was advertised for kids, I got it for myself to use when I'm out hiking in the woods.  And it's actually very nice.  The waterproof outer casing is just perfect to protect it from the elements.  I haven't taken it outside yet, but charged it up via the micro USB, and took several pics to test it out, and it takes nice pics.  I took pics with the camera in and out of the protective case, and they all look great.  
The main issue with it being made for kids is that it only came with hardware for mounting to a bike or a helmet.  (I didn't get the hardware in the pics because I won't be using it and already have it tucked away in my closet, in the packaging it came in.) But as you can see, the case has a hole on each side on the top, so I simply added a string, and I'll wear it hanging around my neck.  Good enough for what I need it for.  And like I said, it does come with a bike mount and helmet mount, if you want to use it while riding your bike. I'm glad I took a chance on it, even though it was advertised for kids!
