So I haven't figured out how to use these yet but I didn't buy for myself. Hopefully the grand kids will understand but than I. Every interesting work out.

The spinner took some watching of videos to learn the tricks of, but once started, this thing is pretty cool. It's fun to show to other people, and watch them struggle with it, but also it definitely gives your grip and forearms some work. My only issue is that the rubber bands that act as a gripper work themselves loose after some use, but it didn't hinder the use much.

I really like this product. I have already noticed a decent increase in strength and definition of my hand muscles and forearms. That is why I wanted to buy this. It took me longer then it should have to figure out how to use it. That is on me not the device. As they say, you have to be 5% smarter than the tool you are using.
