Straightener used for travel, oil sits on bathroom shelf

I know the product title states that this is a great gift for men, but I thought "If this little guy can straighten a beard, I wonder how quickly it can straighten thinner hair!" Heat up time is fairly quick, less than a minute but I did not use a timer. I have thin hair, really thin hair so it usually doesn't take me five minutes to use a regular straightener. This one is smaller and made differently than what I normally would use, but it still gets the job done! Timing was a little longer than if I would've used my regular straightener, but still in less than ten minutes my hair was straight! Personally, this would be great for packing lightly for an overnighter somewhere. As far as the beard oil goes, I think my fiance tried using it once, but it just sits on the bathroom shelf.
