Poorly Designed( UPDATE-RATING INCREASE FROM 2 to 4))

It has come to my attention that the below review is not fully complete.  Everything I said was correct; however, the instructions were as I stated not written correctly.  After the charging I mentioned below all I had to do was press the power button on the side of the portable charger bank.  Once the button is pressed the lights actually light up bright green all the way across to let you know you are fully charged and ready for use.  For some reason you do not get this indication while the bank is charging.  There is not thing wrong with the actual power bank, just incomplete and inaccurate instructions.  This is a great item.

Before purchase of this item I decided to read the reviews.  Customers were kind of mixed and it seemed most just were not reading the instructions or so I thought.  I actually bought two of these instead of one.  I have head strong on a camping trip to include myself, my husband and our two younger sons.  So I decided to get these two and try them out.  So they arrived pretty quickly.  I made sure to read the instructions thoroughly more than once.  It told you how to charge the pads using a power source or solar power source.  I used each source on a device and neither device ever reached a full charge of bars nor a blue light.  Only one had a blinking green light showing it was charging but never went to the next light available to show it was building power.  The other power bank only stayed on the first green light, never blinked, and never moved.  I switched the charging sources around and the lights mentioned above still remained the same.  So I am definitely sure these devices have some bugs or either the instructions are incorrect as to what you should be looking for or input and output wattages.  I am not sure.  I have waited a few days before doing a review because I have never had a product so far to fail me and two at that. I have never ranked below a 3, so this was hard to do but I have to be honest to people.  So I must say I do not believe this product will hold or build a charge to support your device as backup external battery source. I do look forward to future products by this company however.  I saw a solar security camera through them that pulls up under the USA but when you click on it, it states wrong country.  So it seems they have quite a few bugs to work out.
