I ourchased these resistance bands by #BSTPower as a way to continue my physical therapy after being released from a more formal rehabilitation program. These bc and loops are just what I needed to raise over my hands and have traction while "washing the wall" over my head. This will help me to continue having my range of motion which is still quite good while starting to gain strength in my arm and shoulder. To get the set of 5 different resistance bands for only $7.99 is a very good deal. After all, who can put a price on movement?!?!
